I. Terms and Conditions
Section 1 Scope
For business relations with our consumer customers, the following general terms and conditions in their version valid at the time of ordering apply to orders placed via the Internet shop.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed primarily to his commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Section 2 Offer and conclusion of contract
The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of a service. After entering your personal data, successfully passing through the individual order steps and clicking on the corresponding button, in the final step of the ordering process, enter a binding purchase offer via the included in the service description. Before submitting the order, you have the possibility to detect any input errors and to correct and/or change them with the help of the correction function.
Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. This automatic acknowledgment of receipt only documents that the order has been received by us and does not constitute an order acceptance.
We are entitled to place your order in writing or in text form within 2 working days of receipt, by sending an order confirmation (e.g. email).
A binding contract can also be concluded in advance if you choose an online payment method (if available) and make the payment immediately after sending the order. In this case, the contract is concluded at the time when the corresponding payment service provider confirms that the payment order has been executed.
Section 3 Payment
Only the payment methods displayed in the order process are accepted. The available payment methods and information on any additional costs of a payment method can be viewed in advance on the information pages of our internet shop.
Section 4 Provision of services
The service is provided after the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the description of the offer.
5 Warranty
The warranty is carried out in accordance with the statutory provisions.
2. Customer
1 Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract and correction options
You can add the desired service to the virtual shopping cart without obligation. You can access it at any time and view, correct and/or delete its contents. If you want to use the selected service, you have to go through the ordering process by entering your personal data, selecting the start date and choosing the desired payment method. You can cancel the order process at any time by closing the browser window or by submitting the order. You can detect any input errors in your order before submitting the order and correct them using the correction functions. The contract is concluded in accordance with Passage 2 of our General Terms and Conditions (in Part I. General Terms and Conditions).
2 Key features of the services
Information on the essential characteristics of the services offered by us can be found in the respective descriptions in our internet shop.
Section 3 Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German, English or Dutch.
Section 4 Time of service provision (delivery time)
The service is provided from the date you have booked. The duration of the service will be provided according to the offer you have chosen.
5 Complaints
Complaints, complaints and other warranty claims can be made at the address given in the imprint.
Section 6 Information on Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission has set up an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called "OS Platform"). The OS platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales contracts. The OS platform can be reached at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Section 7 Warranty
The warranty is made in accordance with the information in Passage 5 of our General Terms and Conditions (in Part I. General Terms and Conditions).
Section 8 Contract Text Storage
We do not store the full text of the contract. You can view the general terms and conditions of the contract on our website at any time and save them on your computer. The specific order data as well as the general terms and conditions of the contract together with customer information will be sent to you by email.
