Super hilfreiche, engagierte und kompetente Beratung
Die Schlafberatung hat unser Leben komplett geändert – zum Positiven! Unser Sohn war leider seit der Geburt ein schlechter Schläfer. Tagsüber hat er meist nur 30 Minuten am Stück geschlafen und nachts selten mehr als 2 Stunden hintereinander. Als er 14 Monate war, haben wir uns an Karen gewandt. Mit ihrer Hilfe schläft er nun nachts 10 bis 11 Stunden durch und mittags mindestens 2, manchmal sogar mehr als 3 Stunden. Er ist tagsüber viel besser drauf und wir natürlich auch.
Ich empfehle die Beratung bei Karen sehr. Man lernt immer etwas Neues und Karen ist eine sehr nette und empathische Person. Es hat uns jedes Mal sehr geholfen – vielen Dank!

We were looking for some help because aour 18 month old son kept waking up in the night and was sometimes very difficult to get him back to sleep, we were so happy to find Karen the sleep Fairy, first of all because of the possibility to book only an hour of counseling and second because she was very kind and replied fast :). We contacted her first via Whatsapp, and it was her who suggested we took the 1 hour phone counseling. We started the call by telling her a little of our childs routine, habits and our parenting philosophy. From then on, Karen gave us countless of tips and helped us build a Routine to help stop the continuous waking up. She also had no problem giving us tips to other issues for example Pacifier weaning .
On practice we slowly adapted to the new routine and were so relieved when our son started sleeping for longer periods without waking up, until finally started having some complete nights of sleep. We also really appreciated that after a few eeeks Karen contacted us to check out on our son and offered further advice per email.

Great daily structure for my baby
I was so used to just feeding him and putting him to sleep when it was convenient, and it had such a great outcome by shifting the focus to him, to get him sleeping better at night. As a new mum it’s easy to feel overwhelmed so having a structure and loving routine is super helpful.
I feel a lote more confident now that I am giving my son good sleep habits. I found all the information Karen gave me really gentle and helpful.
We did the newborn consultation for our 4/5 month old baby boy. Now we are 3 weeks further and our boy is sleeping longer stretches at night with only 1 or 2 short feeding wake ups, has predictable naps and is in such a better mood during the day. Thank you so much!!!!
